Making the Final Arrangements after the death of a loved one When a death occurs, there will be two parts of the Final arrangements ~ 1)Funeral Services arrangement: The service components include: Professional fee, Registration and Documentation, Embalming, Sanitary Care and Preparation, Removal and transfer of deceased from place of death to the funeral home, Facility for funeral ceremony/service, Facility for Identification/Visitation/Viewing,   Facility for embalming/Preparing/Shelter, Funeral Coach, Limousine, Lead/Clergy car and other service Vehicle.. etc. Family members can choose the form of service according to the wishes of the loved one, their religion and traditional customs. "親 人離世的時候,  要 即時處理的事 ＂ 當親人離 世，家 屬 傷心愛痛都是人之常情。在節哀順變之餘，也有 很多即時需要處理的事情。 如果離世的地點是在家中，而這個離世亦是預料 死亡   (Expected death) 的，很 可能在親人離世之前，家屬與醫生或醫院已經有了溝通，一直保持聯 絡, 並簽好了不施行心肺復蘇法的意願書 (No CPR Form)。或者, 主診醫生也簽 好了Notification of expected Death,  這也表示預料了親人將會在家中離 世 。 在親人離世 後 的一刻，家屬會通知他們的醫生或一直跟進他們的社區護 士，當家屬準備好的時候，他們先打電話去選用的殯儀館，殯儀館的 職員必須得到離世親人的平安書執行 人  (Executor) ，或至親的同意，才可以去接 走親人的遺體。 如果離世的地方是在醫院，醫院一般都有自己的殮房放遺體，也有醫 院的行政程序，當家屬與離世親人告別之後，便可以先回家，遺體會 被送到殮房存放。家屬聯絡選用的殯儀館，殯儀館的工作人員會直接 與醫院聯絡，安排將離世親人的遺體接走。 如果離世的情況是在家中，但是預料之外的話，家屬必須馬上致電9 11 報警，警察及救護人員會到場了解情況，如有任何懷疑的地方， 會 通知 卑詩驗屍官服務 (The Coroners Service of British Columbia) 介入，或者進行驗屍(autopsy) 程序，調查死因。 當親人離世的時 候， 家屬會通知 其他 家人來見 他的最後一面 和 送別， 家屬可以一直陪着親人的遺體， 可能有一些宗教儀式要 進行,  直至家屬聯絡殯儀館來 移 走離世親人的遺體。 法例沒有規定限時之內要接走親人的遺體，有一些情況, 例如在 半夜 離世 的時候，家 屬 亦可以選擇陪伴親人的遺體，直至到早上才聯 絡殯儀館將親人遺體移走。 在市區來，大約一個小時至三個小時之內就可以把 遺體接走，在偏遠的地方或是一些特別的時間， 等候的時間可能會比較長一些。  家庭 醫生 負責 簽發一張醫療死亡證 (Medical Certificate of Death),   殯儀公司憑此醫療死亡證去...
